Me and my mom used your product, and the strands we did in our hair both came out in clumps, and we also got chemical burns from it. My mom went to school for cosmetology so she knows what shes doing.

We only had it on for 5-8 minutes and it started burning , and as soon as it did we washed it out. WE WILL BE SPEAKING TO OUR ATTORNEYS and we will be suing if we do not get compensated for what happened to us.

If we dont hear back in 5-10 days we will be pursuing a law suit. We have screenshots of all the reviews and over 30 people maybe more said it made their hair fall out and got chemical burns.

I purchased an ION conditioning hair dryer in April 2023, a few months after it completely stopped working. I barely got any use out of it before it stopped working.

The product is covered under a 1 year warranty but despite calling customer operations/services I have gotten no resolution and no one attended to me. I would like to have this defective product replaced or at the very least my money back, as this is unfair. I had high hopes for this product and at this point I just want a hooded dryer that works properly.

I also contacted Sallys Beauty, the store where I purchased it from, but they claim that they cannot help me as it has been more than 60 days.

I have my receipt present to process the refund or exchange. Please let me know

The color I chose was very light cool blonde. My hair color was dark blonde before I started and its very thick and long.

I was just doing my roots. I used it with ion 40 developer sensitive scalp. Got everything ready and then started squeezing the tube and the product was so thick it couldnt blend with the developer correctly. No directions on the box.

Ive used wella and always got what I wanted. It went from a dark blonde to a hideous brassy blonde. Been dying my hair for years and this has never happened. This product is terrible and now Im going to have to spend quite a bit to fix this ugly color.

If I knew I was going to have to shell out that kind of money the $30 turns into $120 just to tone it and buy a different brand to get it where I wanted.

I hate complaining but in this case considering one of the girls recommended this (in a hurry they were speaking to their Spanish posse they strolled in) I think it should be made right. Ive been doing my own hair for years and never had this bad of a result!

I had really high hopes for this styling tool but was extremely let down and very upset with the results. I started off with very healthy freshly cut hair and was left with dead ends and split hair all around my head that looks like its years of damage.

My hair is fried. The rods get so hot no matter the setting its on. I would leave my hair wrapped for no more the 10-15 seconds at most. My bangs are fried and I have flyaway all over.

Probably lost half my hair because if this tool. And there is no way to disguise the damage.I would like a full refund and some type of hair repairing and growth miracle.
